Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

• Instant services (marked “Instant”): the result is shown on your order page within seconds of verified payment.
• Manual / premium services (marked “Manual”): the provider completes the work in minutes to 48 hours. Your order page updates automatically; you do not need to contact us.

Refunds

• Full refund — if your order is never processed, or the service cannot be performed for a technical reason on our side.
• Full refund — if an “Instant” service fails to return any result within 24 hours, or a “Manual” service is not completed within 7 days.
• No refund — for results that are accurate but unwelcome (e.g. a device reported lost, an iCloud lock that shows ON). The check is still a completed service.
• No refund — for results based on an incorrect IMEI/serial you supplied. Double-check the identifier before paying.

How to request

Email support@iserial.us with your order number. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method within 5 business days.
