1. What you are buying

iSerial sells digital check and unlock services for IMEI / serial numbers. You are paying for us to submit the identifier you supply to our provider network and to deliver the returned result to your account. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own the device or have the owner's permission to run a check or unlock on it.
• You must supply a correct IMEI / serial number. Results for wrong identifiers cannot be reversed or refunded.
• You may not use our services for fraud, theft, or to circumvent laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Delivery

Instant services are delivered on your order page immediately after payment verification. Manual services are completed by the provider in minutes to 48 hours; the result is added to the same order page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Refunds

See the Refund & Delivery Policy. In short: a check that returns a result (even an unfavourable one) is a completed service; refunds apply to results that are technically impossible, or to orders never processed.

5. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes such as carrier decisions, iCloud account status or device eligibility that depend on parties outside our network.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
