What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Order data — the IMEI/serial you submit, the service purchased, payment reference and the provider result.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP, timestamps) for security and fraud prevention.

What we never do

• We never see or store your full card details — payments are handled entirely by Paystack and Bybit.
• We never sell your data.

How we use data

Only to create your account, fulfil your orders, provide support, and keep the service secure. Provider APIs receive the identifiers strictly needed to run your check.

Retention

Order records are kept so you can re-access your results and for accounting. You can request deletion of your account data at support@iserial.us; we keep what law requires us to keep, and delete the rest.

Cookies

Only what is needed for the site to function: your session and cart. No advertising trackers.
